What Is VidiVet?

VidiVet is an app that gives you direct access to a vet no matter the time of day.

Maybe you're not sure if your pet can wait to see someone at Roundwood Vets in the morning, or you have a question you would like the answer to when we're closed.

 

We believe in giving you round the clock care. As such, we have included unlimited, complimentary access to VidiVet for all Roundwood Vets clients.

  • How do I use Vidivet?
    The first step is to sign up using the form above. Once you have completed the form, you will be shown a link to download the app. That's it! You now have access to a helpful vet team whenever we are closed.
  • Do I need a smartphone to use Vidivet?
    The VidiVet app is available on smartphones, tablets and some of the latest Apple computers. Your device will need to have a webcam and a microphone. You’ll also need to ensure that you have a stable internet or data connection. The VidiVet app also may not work, or have issues, on older devices or some of the latest Huawei devices.
  • Are Vidivets qualified?
    Yes. All VidiVets’ vets are Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) registered and a minimum of 5 years qualified to ensure they are operating at the highest level. They also remain in contact with us, so we will be aware of any changes to your pet's health.
  • Is Vidivet open 24 hours a day?
    VidiVet is available 24/7, 365 days a year, but our team here at Roundwood Vets are always on hand to help with any questions during our opening hours.
