We kindly ask that you complete one form per pet. If you're ordering for more than one pet, please submit a separate form for each.

​Please allow at least 2 working days for your request, as some medications may need to be ordered specially for your pet. We always do our best to review and approve requests as quickly as possible.

Once your request has been approved, we'll send you a secure payment link. Payment is required before we can order your medication, food or other products.

Repeat Medication Request

All medication requests are subject to veterinary approval, and in accordance with veterinary prescribing legislation, a recheck appointment may be required.


Medications That Cannot Be Requested


Antibiotics cannot be requested through our repeat medication form. Please be aware that some eye drops, eye ointments and ear treatments also contain antibiotics and are therefore subject to the same restrictions.


Under veterinary prescribing regulations, your pet will need a physical examination by a veterinary surgeon before these medications can be prescribed again. Please contact our team to arrange an appointment if further treatment is needed.


Some controlled drugs are restricted in amount we are able to prescribe and may also require an appointment.
